ddywedir ei bod wedi'i darganfod ar bapur mewn potel, felly ei henw yw Tôn y Botel. Mae'r ail alaw yn amrywiad cyflymach, jig ar gyfer dawnsio, a'r drydedd Y Gofid Glas yn jig arall i orffen y set. |
This
set dereives from
its first tune, one well known in the hymn Dyma gariad fel y moroedd..., said to have been
found in a floating bottle hence its name Tôn y Botel - the Bottle tune. The second tune is a faster variation as a jig for dancing, and the third Y Gofid Glas (the blue grief or worry) is another jig to finish the set. |
