Cafodd y set hon, a ffurfiwyd gan yr arbenigwr chwythbren Jeremy (Jem) Hammond, ei chwarae gan Y Glerorfa yn ei misoedd olaf. Mae'n seiliedig ar allwedd D leiaf, gyda newid i D fwyaf i gloi.
Mae Morwyn y Pentre yn gweddu'n wych i'r ffliwt bren fel y'i chwaraeir gan Jem gyda phwyslais anadlol ar nodyn cyntaf pob bar. Mae fersiwn fyrrach o'r alaw wedi'i chynnwys yn y set yma ond mae'r fersiwn lawn, a seiliwyd gan Jem ar chwarae John Shorland a Ceri Rhys Mathews, wedi'i chynnwys hefyd.
Mae Sawdl y Fuwch sy'n dilyn yn alaw i ddawns werin boblogaidd  wedi'i chynnwys mewn set
ei hunan yn gynharach yn y casgliad hwn.
Mae'r set, fel set y mis diwethaf, yn gorffen mewn hwyliau bywiog a llawen gyda Cainc y Datgeiniad a ddefnyddir yn boblogaidd fel sail i ganu Penillion.
Cliciwch yma i weld nodiadau gan Jem a Stephen Rees ar y set hon a chopïau ffacsimili o'r fersiynau gwreiddiol a gyhoeddwyd gan Nicholas Bennett a John Parry (Bardd Alaw).

This set, formed by woodwind specialist Jeremy (Jem) Hammond was played by Y Glerorfa in its last months; it is based on the key of D minor, with a cheering change to D major to close.
Morwyn y Pentre (the Village Maid) is suited superbly to the wooden flute as played by Jem with a breathy emphasis on the first note of each bar. A shortened version of the melody is included in the set here but the full vesion which Jem based on the playing of John Shorland and Ceri Rhys Mathews is also included.
Sawdl y Fuwch (the cowslip) which follows is associated with a popular Welsh dance and is included in a set of its own earlier in this collection.
The set, like last month's, ends in a lively and jolly mood with Cainc y Datgeiniad (the singer's tune) which is commonly used as a base for Welsh Penillion singing.
